Resume Database
The Resume Database is one of Minotaur's flagship features, giving you access to a continuously growing pool of over 130 million professional contacts worldwide. Instead of waiting for candidates to apply, you can proactively search, filter, and unlock the profiles that match your open roles — all without leaving the platform. Each result includes a matched profile highlight with skills, job summary, and company information.
Accessing the Resume Database
In the left navigation sidebar, click Resume Database.
Navigation Tabs
The Resume Database is organized into six tabs:

| Resume Database | Overview and entry point for the section |
| Search Resume | Search and filter candidates using multiple criteria |
| Saved Searches | Access and manage your saved search configurations |
| Viewed Resumes | Log of all candidate profiles you've unlocked and viewed |
| Manage Credits | View your credit balance and purchase additional credits |
| Add Candidate | Manually add a candidate from the database to your pipeline |
Credit Counter
In the top-right corner of the Resume Database, you'll always see your current credit status:

| Earned | Credits you received as part of your monthly plan allocation |
| Purchased | Credits you've bought in addition to your monthly allocation |
| Spent | Credits you've used to unlock candidate profiles |
| Balance | Total credits available right now (Earned + Purchased − Spent) |
Click Get More Credits to purchase additional credits at any time.
How Credits Work

When you unlock a candidate, their profile is copied into your organization's internal database and becomes searchable in your private resume search. Credits are non-refundable once used.
